Let’s close out the show!

Enjoy the exhibit, Beyond Words, Contemporary Book Art. Lang Ingalls and Sammy Lee, both with award-winning entries in the show, will talk about their work. There will be time to meet, visit and enjoy the exhibit with other chapter members.

The gathering is open to anyone interested in the book arts.  Admission to the gathering is free for chapter members.  Gallery fee for the general public is $8/adults, $5 seniors.  RSVP to karen.jones@jeffcolibrary.org

Nominate Board Members Today!

The National Board is looking to fill several soon-to-be vacant slots on the board.  Specifically, the secretary, membership clerk, treasurer, and public relations chairs.  Please go to the Guild of Bookworkers website (https://guildofbookworkers.org) to see the duties of these chairs and to nominate.  You can also contact Katie Smith at katie.smith@ldschurch.org or 801-717-8289 for questions or to nominate members.  Nomination includes names of people you think will fulfill these rolls responsibly.  You do not need to ask the person’s permission before nomination—the nominating committee will do that for you.  Please, please nominate—the deadline is March 1^st!  Please nominate--the more people nominated, the more we will find good people to fill these chairs.
